Items will be bubble wrapped and The Company will not be responsible for any damages during the delivery process. Items can be delivered via Normal Mail (+$2), Registered Mail (+$4) or Courier (+$7). Registered Mail and Courier are highly recommended as The Company is not responsible for lost packages. Due to the nature of the personalised items sold, all products do not come with warranty of any kind and is not exchangeable or refundable. All purchases made on this website are final. The Company should be informed immediately, within 30 minutes of purchase, should there be amendments or cancellation of orders. If we are unable to deliver your items to you for any reason, we will give you a full refund on your order.
All products are made with high quality 100% Saffiano leather. Avoid rubbing your item against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching. Also, try to minimise touching the customised hot-stamping as oil will cause it to fade over time.
