What is the currency displayed on the website?
Singapore Dollars (SGD) is used throughout the website.

How can I make my order and payment?
To make your order, submit the form via the respective product page. Upon confirmation of order, an invoice will be sent to you and payment can be made via ibank / paypal (credit card).


How long will it take for me to receive my item?
The customization of the product takes 5 working days upon receiving the payment. Your item will be shipped out thereafter and shipping duration depends on the option chosen.

What are the options for shipping?
Yours Truly is based in Singapore and all items will be shipped via a courier at $4.50. Your item should reach you in 1 to 2 working days, with exception of peak periods.


What are the fonts available?
Personalise your accessory with handwritten embossing or any other image, symbol, logo you would like to add to your item. The standard fonts used by Yours Truly is sans-serif. However, you can choose to top up SG$25 to specially customise using any fonts you like, your own handwriting, logos, or even small drawings! Special customizations have a turn around time of 15 working days from the day of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your artwork when supplied but please note there are some limitations in terms of size and detail.

What are the colours available?
We mainly do personalised hot-stamping in gold, silver, rose gold and blind emboss (i.e. indent the leather with no colour) but you may request for other colours as well!

Where is the product customised?
All products sold by Yours Truly are customised in Singapore. As all customizations are done manually, there may be minor variations.

How should I care for my personalised leather product?
Yours Truly leather range is made from 100% Saffiano leather. Avoid rubbing your item against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching. Also, try to minimise touching the customised hot-stamping as oil will cause it to fade over time.


Exchange / Return
All items shipped have been carefully customised and checked before shipping. Please choose your items and check your order forms carefully as no exchange/return is allowed unless a wrong item was shipped. In the event your item is incorrect, please email us at, together with photos of the issue.
